SPOTLIGHT

Barbra Sonnen-Hernandez
Author and Public Speaker Barbra Sonnen-Hernandez resides in Georgetown, Texas and is a Guillain-Barre Syndrome advocate and Ambassador for RARE DISEASE DAY sponsored by the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD).

"On February 6, 2008, my life changed forever. I woke up with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. I became God's miracle and through His miraculous healing I have joined many in spreading the word of God. If you are ill today, don't think of it as a punishment. It's a pause in life to rest in the Spirit of God and feel Him deep in your heart. I am forever grateful to the many angels the Lord sent to take care of me, the doctors, nurses, clinical nursing assistants, techs, staff, therapists and housekeepers. The prayers from family and friends you are all forever in my heart and especially my husband and two daughters for giving their unconditional love.  May God bless all of you."
